Requirements

Recruiter Job Duties:
-Establishes recruiting needs by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
-Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites; providing organization information and opportunities.
-Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
-Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements.
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: Depending on experience

Qualifications:
• 1-year experience in recruiting a plus
• Must be self-directed and thrive in a results-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Familiarity with common hiring software is a plus.
